Q: Hi! I have already received a confirmation from you that I will stay at the Stratosphere Hotel (Reservation # E-38231?). My question is about the meeting time with the guide. On the Itinerary it says 4:00pm, but on Pick Up Times table it says 4:30pm. Which one is correct? Another doubt: I know that breakfast is not included. How about the hotel taxes?

Please double check your e-ticket, we do not see 4:00pm anywhere in your reservaton.
The tour cost for your 3 day tour includes:- 2-night hotel accommodations (Stratosphere casino hotel) on the strip
- Roundtrip ground transportation between Las Vegas to Grand Canyon West Rim
- Professional tour escort
- Ground transportation in air-conditioned deluxe tour coach
- Complimentary pick-up and drop-off to chosen location (see Pick-up Time and Locations)
The tour cost excludes:
- Airfares or related transportation between your home and Las Vegas airport or chosen pickup location

We have many Indian travelers joining our tours that have a vegetarian diet. They have been able to satisfy their dietary needs by purchasing what they like at the meal stops. Meal stops are arranged at food courts, Asian food restaurants, and other places.

You need to state 3 people during the first booking if you want the buy 2 get 1 free offer.
Remember, the offer is only good if 3 people share 1 room. Please make sure the 3rd person will go because if you cancel the free spot or if you add the 3rd person after your tour is confirmed, you will have to pay a $30 amendment fee.

Unfortunately not. We recommend that you have family or friends drop you off at the tour departure locations and pick you up at the end of the tour. The tour will drop off back in Los Angeles approximately 5:30-6:30pm, depending on location and traffic.

Yes it is possible for you to stay at Las Vegas instead of going to Grand Canyon on the second day of the tour. The pick-up hotel is about 3 miles away from McCarran International Airport and it takes about 10 minutes drive from the airport to the hotel. However, transportation fees can vary if you take a taxi during traffic and non-traffic times or if you take a flat rate shuttle bus.
